摘要
以水性环氧树脂为改性剂,对乳化沥青进行改性,考查了不同水性环氧树脂添加量下改性乳化沥青的物理性能,并结合抗滑复合封层材料的实际性能要求,确定了最佳添加量。同时,采用红外光谱法、差示扫描热量法、热重分析法对水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,当水性环氧树脂的添加量为30%时,改性后乳化沥青的硬度、附着力、剥离强度、拉拔强度和低温柔韧性都得到了大幅提高,耐热性和抗冻性也有明显的改善;红外光谱显示,水性环氧树脂和乳化沥青进行了理想的复合杂化。以该水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青为胶粘料完成的抗滑复合封层施工,经检测,路面的抗滑性能和防水性能都明显提高。
Abstract
Waterborne epoxy resin was used to modify emulsified asphalt.The physical properties of modified emulsified asphalt with different waterborne epoxy resin dosage were investigated.The optimum dosage was determined according to the actual performance requirements of antiskid composite sealing material.The structure and properties of emulsified asphalt modified by waterborne epoxy resin were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,DSC and TG.The results shown that the hardness,adhesion,peeling strength,tensile strength and low temperature flexibility of the modified asphalt were greatly improved when the content of waterborne epoxy resin was 30%,and the heat resistance and frost resistance were also obviously improved.Infrared spectrum shown that the waterborne epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt was ideally hybrid.The waterborne epoxy resin was used to modify the emulsified asphalt.The antiskid and water-proof properties of the pavement constructed with antiskid composite seal were obviously improved.
